you in your home mortgage or purchase, including first mortgages, second
mortgages, and 100% mortgages at the lowest interest rates
available. The home mortgage you find will dictate the price of the
home you can afford. Veritas Lending, Inc. has access to literally
hundreds of programs to help you get into the home of your dreams.

The following are a few of the products that we offer to assist in
the purchase of your new home:

40/50 Year Amortizations: Qualify for the home of
your dreams with a payment you will love! By extending your
amortization and lowering your payment, you can afford more
house! We have programs to finance up to 100% of your purchase
price, with credit scores as low as 500. These programs are
available in both a 30-year fixed rate and 2/3 ARM’s. Stated
income, low doc, 2nd homes, and investment property allowed.
All 40/50 year programs balloon in 30 years. Rates vary based
on loan to value and other qualifying criteria. |

80/20 Combo Loans: This program allows you to
purchase a home with no equity in the transaction. With an
80/20 combo, you can borrow 100% of the cost of your new home
and in most cases the seller can pay up to 6% of the cost
towards your closing costs. Rates vary based on loan to value
and other qualifying criteria. |

Pick-A Pay: With a Pick-A-Pay program you choose
the payment you make each month. You can a make minimum
payment each month as low as 1.65%, pay interest only, or
choose to make a payment based on a 15 or 30-year
amortization. This program is great for managing your cash
flow on investment properties or if your income is seasonal.
Maximum loan to value of 80%. |

Interest Only: With this program you make the
interest only payment for up to 5-years! After the first five
years the loan amortizes over 25-years. This program is
perfect for maximize your buying power now, while your income
grows. Rates vary based on loan to value and other qualifying
criteria. |

Construction/Perm: Veritas Lending, Inc. has great
rates on construction loans that automatically convert into a
permanent loan. Build the home of your dreams, or make the
addition you have always dreamed of. |

Private Party Financing:
Often called “hard money lending”, these programs can qualify
without regard for your credit, impending foreclosure or
income. Based on the equity in the home you wish to purchase, Veritas Lending, Inc. has several programs that even the worst
credit scores can qualify for. Rates vary based on the loan to
value and other approval criteria. |

Traditional: Of course in
addition to all of the programs above we offer traditional
30-year fixed rate loans for the purchase of your home. Loan
to values are available up 100% (without mortgage insurance in
some cases), stated income, low doc, stated assets, and low
credit scores are all acceptable. Rates vary based on loan to
value and other qualifying criteria. |
